Hire charges from 1st February 2024
General:
- All hires should be discussed with the Hall Booking Secretary, Charlotte Spencer, who can explain availability, facilities, possible third-party suppliers, and terms and conditions of hire.

- 'Residents' are those who live within Filkins & Broughton Poggs civil parish.
- Where the hirer is a group, it will be deemed 'Resident' where it is registered at an address within the parish, or where most of the activities take place within the parish.
- All hires deemed 'commercial' at the discretion of the Booking Secretary, will be charged at the 'non-residents' rate.
- If a hirer books and pays for five or more separate hires to take place during the following twelve-month period, a discount of 10% will be allowed off the total hire cost

- Heating will be available on request, and charged at an extra £4 per session.
- The hours shown are those during which the hirer has access to the Hall.
- No public use can occur before 8am and after 2pm (Sunday to Thursday) and after 1am (Friday & Saturday).
- Any additional time required for set-up and take-down should normally be booked and paid for at the normal session rate. Free extra time to set-up and take-down may be allowed to Resident hires, but only where the relevant time remain un-booked by others at the time the hire event takes place. If in doubt... Please book all time required, including for set-up and take-down.
All other Conditions of Hire will be explained by the bookings secretary, and are set out in the Hiring Agreement.
